• Pharmacovigilance system: intended for appraisal of facilities, systems, procedures, and personnel in place and determine compliance;
• Routine inspections: a risk-based approach; (iii) Product-related: pharmacovigilance such as product specific activities and related documentation;
• For cause inspections: to examine the issues following a trigger detection;
